Our Story

Ben O’Donnell founded Better Tomorrow after a career leading transformation at global companies like Siemens, Danaher, and Ecolab. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he observed that lasting improvement requires more than just tools, it demands clarity, connection, and purpose. After surviving a near-fatal battle with COVID-19 and completing an Ironman months later, Ben established Better Tomorrow to help organizations reimagine success and foster meaningful change. Today, we collaborate with businesses to align their strategies, empower their people, and develop systems that grow stronger over time.
