Our courses, taught by a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black will help you begin, or continue your Continuous Improvement journey. All of our certifications are project based and require more than just the classroom. We help you through the classroom portion of the content and coach you through 1-3 projects, depending on the certification you are seeking. As of now, all of our classes are taught in person. If you are a business, we can come to you or your area. Though we are available globally, all classes are taught in English.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
This is a 2-Day course focused on the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC. At the end of this course, you should be able to run small initiatives within a department or be a team member on larger projects. Certification is achieved after you pass an exam at the end of training.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
This is a 15-day course taught over 3-6 months in 3-day increments. In this class you must come with a project to work on.
We focus on how to manage and lead Lean Six Sigma projects through the DMAIC methodology, a deeper dive on data analysis, and organizational leadership. Course costs include the training as well as 6 months of personal coaching as you complete your project.
Certification is achieved after successful completion of exam and defense of project. No certifications are given without completion of at least one project.

Design for Six Sigma Green Belt
This is a 6-day course taught over 2 months in 3-day increments. In this class you must come with a project to work on.
We focus on how to manage and lead Design for Six Sigma projects through the DMADV methodology as well as the data analysis involved. Course costs include the training as well as 3 months of personal coaching as you complete your project.
